Belts
The critical artery of any massive extraction or manufacturing facility. We supply everything from Steel Cord designed spanning massive quarry inclines, to Multi-Ply EP rubbers, high-angle chevron profiles, and FDA-approved food grade lines.

Rollers
Seized or collapsed rollers represent a massive frictional drag that rips belting and destroys drive motors. We supply hyper-resilient steel, high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and rubber-disc return rollers running on heavily sealed, zero-maintenance bearings.
Drums
High-tension drum applications require precision manufacture. Our bespoke drive, tail, snub, and tension drums are statically and dynamically balanced to eliminate vibration at maximal RPMs, guaranteeing extreme longevity under severe loads.

Skirts
Stop material spillage before it starts. Proper skirting systems prevent tonnages of crushed stone, dust, or agricultural grain from destroying your hardware and violating air quality standards. Supported by robust quick-release clamp mechanisms.
Scrapers
Carryback material accumulating on return rollers completely ruins belt tracking leading to edge damage. We install primary tungsten-carbide head scrapers alongside secondary polyurethane blade systems to ensure the belt returns microscopically clean.

Cleaners
For sticky, highly adhesive clay and wet sand aggregates, dry scrapers are inefficient. We provide and integrate high-pressure water cleaner boxes and rotary brush systems that actively scrub the belt fabric during continuous operation.
Fasteners & Clips
When hot vulcanising isn’t physically possible, or you require an emergency patch immediately, heavy-duty mechanical fasteners are your lifeline. Uniquely engineered to pass gracefully through primary scrapers while holding multi-ton tension.
Chute Lining
Impact zones taking multi-ton drops of raw aggregated stone will vaporize raw steel in weeks. We reline hoppers, impact cradles, and transfer chutes with extreme-density rubber and polyurethane modular panels, massively damping impact noise and shattering resistance.
